| Since 1988 James Moline has been building quality custom homes and villas. Drawing from his background as a framing carpenter contractor, he brings quality workmanship and unique designs into his work. Jim is very involved in the building process from start to finish. Often he can be found on the job with his framing crew during that phase of the construction. His commitment to excellence and fair pricing have been the keys to the success of his company.
Jim grew up in the Sylvania area where he currently resides with his wife, Lee Ann, and their three children Heather, Ryan and Brooke. A devoted family man, Jim is dedicated to helping families make their home building dreams a reality.

Jim Moline has won many awards during his career including Builder Magizines fireplace design 1992, Best home over 4,000 sq. ft. 1997 and 1998,best villa design for the Year 2000, 2004, 2005 , 2006, 2007, 2008 and Best Development of the Year 2004 for Deer Valley villas, and Best Home of the Year over $350K for 2004. In 2007 besides best Villa design over $300,000 he won the highest award for the Toledo Home Builders "Builder of the Year 2007". In addition, he has received a number of masonry awards for the brickwork done on the interior and exterior of his homes.
Breckenridge, a recent 30-villa development, clearly set a new standard for design refinement and exterior variations. Jim's newest sub-division (now underway) is appropriately named Deer Valley Villa's. This peaceful setting has over 2500 pine trees surrounding many lakes and ravines.
