It’s an art!
To ensure you have fond memories of your construction project, you will be assisted by our full time Design & Project Manager, Michele Thrasher. She will help you identify your preferred decorating theme and guide you in your selections as well as advising you on how to manage your construction allowances to meet your budget.
Each Moline Builders custom home contract includes assistance from our Designer to help you make important decisions!
At the start of your project, we’ll provide a roadmap of the journey we’ll take together in the form of “The Moline Builders Construction Design Guide.” This important guidebook helps you know what to expect and understand the sequence of decisions that need to be made so your project moves along smoothly and in a timely manner. We’ve developed our guidebook over the past 30 years and include a complete list of trusted business partners and suppliers. We’ll help you select everything along the way, including: brick, stone, siding, roofing, interior colors and textures, flooring, tile, countertops, fixtures, and more!
