Quality Craftsmanship

A successful home  build requires experienced project management . Each trade must do their part in a timely and correct manner or there can be a domino effect on everything, including the outcome of your home. Our craftsmen work as a team to ensure a consistent and highly acceptable outcome.

The Idaho Forest Products Commission indicated a typical 2,400 square foot single family home requires about 16,000 board feet of framing lumber and over 14,000 square feet of other wood products including plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), glulam beams, wood I-Joists, laminated veneer lumber, hardboard, particle board and medium-density fiberboard (MDF). Now add concrete, drywall, insulation, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, brick/stone, roofing, etc. and you see that building a home is a major undertaking involving months of work and numerous suppliers and craftsmen. Moline Builders has assembled an elite team of craftsmen that build our homes along a wide spectrum of home prices. Unlike some competitors, we do not select craftsmen for specific jobs based on the sale price of the home. Since Jim Moline has hand-picked his sub-contractor team and worked with most for many years, he fully understands their capabilities. And most importantly, they understand his expectations and stringent quality standards.

When you review our past client testimonials you will find a common theme - Our team is highly respected and known for their quality product, attention to detail and world class customer service.
