Isaiah 117 House
This summer we are starting a project for Isaiah 117 House in the city of Oregon that will be a place for social workers to bring kids entering the foster care system to receive care and rest during the unknown times while they await placement. We are so excited to partner with our generous trade partners on this project and cannot wait to see how this ministry makes a major difference in our community.
Giving Back in Recent Years
Jim serves on the Bella Vita board and this year the Moline Builders team renovated the pregnancy center space with new doors, trim, and paint. Jim is also in conversation with the Cherry Street Mission about another home construction project in the upcoming years to assist with their community work. He has previously completed projects with them.
We also just hosted our 13th annual company golf outing where more than 100 people participated in golf, meals, and volunteering. We raised $5,000+ for a trade partner with a family member in crisis. This event is also a lot of fun and a fantastic way to build camaraderie amongst our trade partners and show them our appreciation.
In 2023 and 2024, we hosted an exhibit at the Build My Future event at the Wood County Fairgrounds where our framers taught high schoolers the building process using a 6x8 shed and a kids playhouse as our canvas!
We also became one of the first builders in the Toledo area to receive our HBA Certified Builder Accreditation.

A Quick Snapshot from Over the Years
Jim Moline has a history of serving in the community and across the country and has a passion for bringing restoration to areas through new construction. While there are many ways Jim has participated both in this community and abroad, here are just a few ways he has worked to give back over the years…
Led multiple rebuild efforts after Hurricane Katrina in the mid 2000s.
Served as volunteer general contractor on multiple new home projects for Habitat for Humanity including a home in the 2008 Builder’s Blitz.
Built the Cherry Street Mission Caleb’s House, which was a transitional home used by the shelter in 2009.
Donated his time, money and resources to constructing a safe-house for the “Daughter Project” in 2010.
Used his talents in the 2014 House and Home show to raise more than $2,000 for the Ronald McDonald House.
Started a golf outing for his company and trade partners that raises thousands of dollars every year for various people and causes in the community such as The Pregnancy Center, Mom’s House, and an individual in need of assistance with medical bills from a surgery.
In 2025 we are starting a NEW BUILD of the first in Ohio Isaiah 117 House which will provide kids entering foster care a safe and consistent place to await placement with their social worker.
